Miki Herme Morita
Founder & Global Editor-in-Chief

Miki Herme Morita is the Founder and Global Editor-in-Chief of Oui Speak Fashion, and CEO of L Media Group, a PR and marketing agency specializing in fashion and beauty.
After earning a master’s degree in English and American literature from a university in Japan, she began her career in the fashion industry, gaining hands-on experience in retail and marketing. In 2013, she moved to New York alone to pursue further studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), where she specialized in Fashion Business. Following graduation, she worked in PR and marketing for several New York-based fashion brands and consulting firms, developing a strong foundation in global brand communication and strategic storytelling.
In 2021, she founded Oui Speak Fashion (OSF)® with a mission to bridge markets and perspectives by delivering timely insights into the global fashion and beauty industries in both English and Japanese. Since then, she has covered fashion weeks in New York, Paris, Tokyo, and Taipei, publishing over 5,000 business-focused articles and market analyses.
In 2023, OSF was selected as one of seven leading global fashion media outlets invited to Taipei Fashion Week, hosted by the Taiwan government and Condé Nast Taiwan. Later that year, leveraging OSF’s growing international influence, she led OSF to become an official media supporter of Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo, contributing to the global promotion of Japanese fashion brands.
Under her leadership, OSF actively engages with global B2B industry events, serving as a vital link between brands, manufacturers, and international markets.
In addition, she serves as an external advisor to the fashion and beauty division of JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), supporting Japanese brands with their strategic entry into the U.S. market.
